Lessons In Men
Men! We love them, but we can also find them extremely infuriating, selfish, unemotional and unwilling to talk. Many of us carry around ideas of the failings and faults of men. What if, by adjusting our lenses and taking a deeper look at our own stories, we could build fulfilling relationships with men in any situation from romantic, familial, work, friendship...

The Lessons in Men series is a selection of workshops designed to let go of the old stories around masculinity that are harmful not just to men but our relationship to them. They are designed for self-reflection and information gathering. They are there to create a deeper connection to the men in your life and build the foundations necessary to lead a more harmonious life with the men in your world.

There are various workshop possibilities available with different topics to unravel our relationships with men and learn to understand them.
What & Where
WORKSHOP TITLE: Men Are Not The Enemy - Foundational Workshop
In this afternoon, for women only, we will get the opportunity to come together and share (if we want to) and listen to the questions, challenges and celebrations around men, our relationships with men and how we relate to the modern man - including stereotypes and unconscious biases.

You are invited to share as much or as little as you like and if listening to others at this time is more your jam, this is welcome too.

This time is dedicated to you. It is also for you to understand what is possible in connecting with and healing your relationship to men.

Here’s how it can make a difference in your relationships:
-
Say goodbye to harmful myths and hello to more genuine, healthy interactions.
-
Learn what shapes men’s thoughts and behaviours—biological, psychological, and cultural, 'what do they really want?'
-
Open the door to honest, heartfelt conversations about needs and expectations - instead of operating from assumptions.
-
Build fairness and empathy for a stronger, more balanced relationship.
-
Strengthen trust, intimacy, and connection by clearing up misunderstandings.
When you take the time to understand each other better, you have a more loving connection. Let’s build those stronger, more fulfilling relationships together!

THIS IS A WOMEN ONLY EVENT.

THERE IS NO TOUCHING, NUDITY OR SEXUAL INTERACTIONS DURING THIS EVENT.
Is this for you...?
Maybe you have a great relationship with your partner but sometimes find yourself wondering 'why on earth did he do that?'

Maybe you struggle to relate to men and find yourself meeting the same type of man over and over and feel that there are 'no good men out there'.
Maybe you have begun to learn that you have some unconscious biases around men and you are looking to challenge yourself further and take a deeper dive into your own prejudices.
Maybe you’re a woman who has been in a long-term relationship feeling like the passion has gone and it feels like you’re companions more than lovers.

Maybe you are very frustrated by men and feel angry towards them.
Maybe you work with men and want to understand how to build better work relationships with them.

Maybe you're unsure of how to speak to men and ask them for what you want.
My point is, wherever you are on your journey in understanding men, this event is for you.
So if you’re worried about sharing your frustrations and disappointment for fear of judgement - you are so welcome here!
If you find yourself confused and notice the desire to recoil and ‘this isn’t for me’ - you are so welcome here!
If you have a thirst for knowledge to know more about men- you’re welcome here!
If you feel lost and struggling with a relationship or sexual issue which is man related - you are welcome here!
No matter your relationship status experience, sexual orientation or relationship desires or challenges - you are very much welcome in this space!
All of you.
Why?
In my work with men and women supporting them with issues ranging from: painful sex; erectile dysfunction; dating problems; recovery after toxic relationships...to name a few... I find that there are patterns of behaviours and ways of being that all my clients have in common.
What I see with my clients is that ultimately we are working on their:
-
Self-worth
-
Stepping into their inner-power
-
Worthiness of love
-
Feeling of safety
-
Desire to belong
-
Self-love & self-acceptance
-
Ability to say 'no'
-
Fun, aliveness and play
All of which can greatly impact their relationship to men.

Taking these core elements I facilitate Women's Circles in person in the UK, each time having a specific theme and learning opportunity. They are open to all women over the age of 18. We support each other in connecting to the most powerful part of ourselves and a self-love that is able to embrace every part of who we are, especially the parts of ourselves we fear may be rejected by others.

The Women's Circles are held in different parts of the UK bringing women from the local area together. Times of competition and women just not getting on are making way for times of collaboration. Women are looking to heal their sisterhood wounds, to heal their distrust of other women and looking to be supported and held in space with each other.

Women's Circles have played a huge role in my self-development. they have led me to create deep friendships and connections with other women. Having other women be there and listen to me, to see me as a whole person, to share in my pain and my joy has enabled a huge transformation in the person I am for myself, my children, my family and my partner.
Facilitated by Carla Crivaro
Sex, Love & Relationship Coach
Carla helps men and women who feel insecure and unsatisfied in the bedroom and who feel lonely and unheard in their relationship. She does this by creating safe spaces for men and women to learn more about their unconscious patterns and behaviours. She does this so they can feel desirable and confident in the bedroom and have a greater connection and intimacy with their partner and feel heard and seen in the relationship. In the 'Lessons in Men' series Carla draws from her experience in coaching men in sex and relationships and also her studies on masculinity and sacred sexuality for men.
