What & Where

Sex is a taboo topic. One which can have us simultaneously shrinking into the background and also have us leaning forward with curiosity - wanting to know more.

In this afternoon, for women only, we will get the opportunity to come together and share (if we want to) and listen to the questions, challenges and celebrations around sex, our sexuality and our relationship to all that happens between the sheets (and also out of it!)

You are invited to share as much or as little as you like and if listening to others at this time is more your jam, this is welcome too.

This time is dedicated to you. It is also for you to understand what is possible in pleasure, self-love and deep intimacy.

WHEN: TBC

WHERE: Sheffield

INVESTMENT: £35 + booking fee

PLACES AVAILABLE: places are limited to 20 people

The afternoon is going to look like this:

- We will start the afternoon by getting to know each other in circle

- A meditation to bring us into our body awareness so that we can meet the evening in full presence of where we are comfortable in conversation around sex and where we are not

- Opportunities for questions and answers with Sex & Relationship Coach, Carla Crivaro

- Self-inquiry

- Sharing of your experience of the afternoon if you feel inclined to do so

What to expect:

  • Giggles

  • Conversations outside your comfort zone

  • Some 'aha' moments

  • Thoughts of 'Is that even possible?'

  • Sisterhood

  • Validation 'It's not just me'

  • 'Wow! This is what my life could feel like'

THIS IS A WOMEN ONLY EVENT.

THERE IS NO TOUCHING, NUDITY OR SEXUAL INTERACTIONS DURING THIS EVENT.

Carla Crivaro

Facilitated by Carla Crivaro
Sex, Love & Relationship Coach

Carla helps men and women who feel insecure and unsatisfied in the bedroom and who feel lonely and unheard in their relationship. She does this by creating safe spaces for men and women to learn more about their unconscious patterns and behaviours. She does this so they can feel desirable and confident in the bedroom and have a greater connection and intimacy with their partner and feel heard and seen in the relationship.

Is this for you...?

Maybe you’re a woman who is sexually liberated, quietly on the side you and your partner are in an open relationship and regularly attend swinging parties.

Maybe the idea of talking about sex fills you with embarrassment and ‘this isn’t something that I would normally attend’.

Maybe you’re a woman who has been in a long-term relationship feeling like the passion has gone and it feels like you’re companions more than lovers.

Maybe you don’t know what the fuss is about and you see yourself as not very sexual and would prefer a cup of tea (however at the beginning of a relationship with someone you couldn’t keep your hands off each other)

Maybe you’re a woman who’s going through a sexual awakening. You know that sex could be ’better’ but you don’t quite know how.

Maybe you have challenges in the bedroom - painful sex, low desire, struggling to orgasm, low libido or something else…

My point is, wherever you are on your sexual journey this event is for you.

So if you’re worried about sharing your exciting sexual lifestyle for fear of judgement - you are so welcome here!

If you consider yourself a prude and notice the desire to recoil and ‘this isn’t for me’ - you are so welcome here!

If you have a thirst for knowledge to know what is out there -  you’re welcome here!

If you feel lost and struggling with a sexual issue - you are welcome here!

No matter your sexual experience, sexual orientation or sexual desires or challenges - you are very much welcome in this space!

All of you.

Why?

I'm a paragraph. Click here to add your own text and edit me. It's easy.

In my work with men and women supporting them with issues ranging from: painful sex; erectile dysfunction; dating problems; recovery after toxic relationships...to name a few... I find that there are patterns of behaviours and ways of being that all my clients have in common.

What I see with my clients is that ultimately we are working on their:

  • Self-worth

  • Stepping into their inner-power

  • Worthiness of love

  • Feeling of safety

  • Desire to belong

  • Self-love & self-acceptance

  • Ability to say 'no'

  • Fun, aliveness and play

Taking these core elements I facilitate Women's Circles in person in the UK each time having a specific theme and learning opportunity. They are open to all women over the age of 18. We support each other in connecting to the most powerful part of ourselves and a self-love that is able to embrace every part of who we are, especially the parts of ourselves we fear may be rejected by others.

The Women's Circles are held in different parts of the UK bringing women from the local area together. Times of competition and women just not getting on are making way for times of collaboration. Women are looking to heal their sisterhood wounds, to heal their distrust of other women and looking to be supported and held in space with each other.

Women's Circles have played a huge role in my self-development. they have led me to create deep friendships and connections with other women. Having other women be there and listen to me, to see me as a whole person, to share in my pain and my joy, has enabled a huge transformation in the person I am for myself, my children, my family and my partner.
